Order Fulfillment:
For in-stock items, expect fulfillment within 1-2 business days. We process orders from Monday to Saturdays. Orders placed after 2pm PST on Saturdays will be handled the following Monday.

Delivery:
While we cannot guarantee delivery times once orders are shipped, please be aware that shipping providers, especially USPS, may experience delays. You will receive a tracking number upon order processing. If you encounter tracking issues, first contact the shipping provider. Our support team is also here to assist you in ensuring proper delivery.

Domestic Shipping:

All orders, regardless of shipping method, undergo a processing period of 24-72 hours. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with transit times measured in business days (Monday-Saturday).

Weekend Orders:
Orders confirmed on Sundays will ship the following business day.

Holiday Processing:
Orders are not processed on major or observed holidays. Processing resumes the next business day. Transit times are counted in business days.

USPS Shipping:
USPS orders are processed Monday-Saturday, with shipping methods measured in business days (Monday-Saturday). APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may experience transit times of up to 7 days.

Tracking:
USPS tracking updates may be delayed due to the high volume of packages. Contact USPS for resolution of tracking errors or delays.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Customers are responsible for resolving issues with lost or undelivered packages directly with the postal carrier. Report any shipping issues within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Address Accuracy:
Ensure accurate address submissions to avoid shipping delays or other issues. Gas Bunny Smoke Shop is not liable for costs associated with incorrect address submissions.

Delivery to Shipping Forwarders:
Once an order safely arrives at a forwarding service’s US address, Gas Bunny Smoke Shop relinquishes responsibility for any subsequent issues or damages.

Order Discrepancies:
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery for assistance in resolution.

Order Alterations:
Once tracking is entered, orders cannot be altered, changed, or canceled.

Refunds:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only for returned items, minus any incurred return fees.
